I include svg's with all my files. If you do not see and svg, your computer has renamed it as an .html file with a google chrome symbol. It is still an svg and works the same. Your computer has just assigned svg's to be opened in google chrome.
  • Am I able to get this file in a different file format?
Sure, just message me and I will be happy to email you the requested file format after you purchase. Please note that I am only able to save in jpg, png, eps, dxf, svg, cdr and AI.
  • Are your files compatible with my cutter?
I include SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF AND EPS files. SVG is compatible with: Silhouette Designer Edition, Make the cut (MTC), Sure cuts a lot (SCAL), Brother Scan and Cut "Canvas" and Cricut Design Space. DXF is compatible with: Silhouette Studio Basic Edition EPS is compatible with: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Inkscape. PNG is a photo file and is compatible with any photo editing software.
  • Can I download on my phone or tablet?
Yes! All my files come as .zip files, which you can download using a mobile device and save to a cloud storage account like Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, etc. and have the file waiting for you on your computer! You can even extract (unzip) the download folder if you have a compatible app to extract (unzip)the files on your device (such as iZip). Note, that using an extraction program like iZip to download and unzip the files will only allow you to unzip and view the files. You will need to use the appropriate cutting machine software compatible with your mobile device or computer to view and use SVG files. Please note: you must download using a web browser and not the Etsy app.
  • What is an SVG File?
SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic. It’s about to get technical here for a second, but hang in there with me. It’s a super fancy term, but basically it means that it’s a vector graphic that can be sized to any scale without losing its sharpness. Have you ever tried to print a photo, only to find out that the larger you printed, the blurrier the photo got? Fortunately, that doesn’t happen with SVG files. You could take a file that is 0.5″ and blow it up to 50 feet and it would never get blurry or lose it’s resolution.
  • When are you available to help?
Message me anytime if you need assistance. I will get back to you as soon as possible. I usually get back to you within an hour. But since I am a mom and have a family to care for I can't always respond immediately. But I promise to always message you back within 24 hours.
  • The file is not opening when I click on it
You must first unzip the file before opening it in your program. And be sure you open the file within your program.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
