DIGITAL FILE PURCHASE

No refund for any digital files (due to the nature of digital files).
Exchange / Refund will be offered if the buyer mistakenly purchase a same item twice.
LETSGETBOHOART will make the Product available for download by you as soon as we accepts your order. LETSGETBOHOART offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on a Product. If you find a product that is not compatible, corrupt or is missing on download, LETSGETBOHOART can refund you the price you paid for the Product.

This policy requires that you permit sufficient time to remedy any problem with a Product. Most issues are resolved within seven (7) days and if LETSGETBOHOART cannot resolve your issue with your Product within seven (7) days, LETSGETBOHOART will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the Product to the payment method you used when purchasing the Product as set for in these Terms.

PRODUCT DEFECT
Product purchased from our website will require a photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for repairs for us to mail back or store credit at your shipping expense.
Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
